Barbara W. Page, 89, of Benton Harbor, died peacefully on Wednesday, May 14, 2014, at Woodland Terrace in Bridgman. Services celebrating her life will be held at 11 AM on Monday, July 21, at the Pilgrim Congregational Church in St. Joseph with Rev. Damian Lake officiating. The family will receive friends and relatives beginning at 10 AM at the church. She has been donated to the University of Michigan. Memorials may be made to the Brain and Behavior Research Foundation, 90 Park Ave., 16 Floor, New York, NY, 10016. Arrangements are by the Dey-Florin Chapel of Florin Funeral Service. Please share messages, memories or photos at www.florin.net. Barb was born on Jan 7, 1925 in Muskegon to Lawrence and Edelborg Warnock. She was a member of the First Congregational Church in Benton Harbor from 1948 to 1983 and she was a Charter Member of the Pilgrim Congregational Church UCC in St. Joseph from 1983 until her death. Barb was very active in the Christian Education Programs of both churches until her illness made this impossible. She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Lester E. Page; her children, Lester (Sandy) Page, Jr. of Stevensville, and Dr. Barbara Ann (Roger Prior) Page of Richland, MI; her son David’s daughter, Nikki Page, and her daughter-in-law, Vickie Page; her sister, Pat (Chuck) Hackney of Fruitport, MI;; her numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and her nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, David Page, in 2009 and her sister, Jackie Burton.
