Olga T. Mazeika, 98, of St. Joseph died Friday, May 22, 2020 at her home. Family services celebrating her life will be held on Thursday, May 28, at Riverview Cemetery. There will be a visitation at 1 PM on Thursday at the Fairplain Chapel of Florin Funeral Service in Benton Township. Memorials may be made to the St. Joseph Catholic Parish. Please leave messages, memories or photos at www.florin.net. Olga was born on May 15, 1922 in Kaunas, Lithuania to Antanas and Olga Astrauskas. She married her husband, Mykolas Mazeika, and he preceded her in death in 1981. Olga was an inspector at Heath Company and then at Zenith Data Systems for over 22 years before she retired. She and her family are longtime members of the St. Joseph Catholic Parish. Olga was part of the faithful at the Parish. She liked to bake and had a wonderful sense of humor. Olga enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. She was especially fond of meeting with her friends from Lithuania and Germany. Her family includes her daughter, Christina (Stephen) Phillips of Orlando, FL, and her 2 grandchildren, David Phillips of Los Angeles, CA and Rachel Phillips of Orlando, FL. She was also preceded in death by her brother.
